Running after cataract surgery

R4R May 2021 12:43pm, 13 May 2021 3,344 posts	0 R4R A question for opthalmologists or surgeons or anyone who has had cataract surgery - how soon after surgery can you start running again? And how soon would it be safe to race again? And no advice about running 'eyeballs out' please 😉
