A question for opthalmologists or surgeons or anyone who has had cataract surgery - how soon after surgery can you start running again?
And how soon would it be safe to race again?

And no advice about running 'eyeballs out' please 😉

We generally say two weeks to our post op cataract patients and longer for contact sports but you should be given this information when you have your surgery done

Also may vary on individuals circumstances so best to listen to the surgeon and post op instructions not advice from the Internet really. Not meaning to be awful but not worth any risks with your eyes in my opinion
