My legs are fine (considering) but I’d masked a minor back niggle with deep heat and ibuprofen on the week leading up to the marathon and it’s much more apparent today. I’ll maybe do a nice slow row later to see if I can work through it.

Actually that was fairly watchable, did irritate me to see him on the course getting in the way of some runners though.
