Whether it's his sub-2:10 Marathon, prodigious streaking or innovative athletics clothing, Ron Hill continues to raise the bar. This time, he takes on dementia. Article from 'Runner's World'. runnersworld.co.uk |

I’ve met Dr Ron and I was at the head of a queue to speak to him. He’s a legend in an era when the word is overused vastly. Dementia has a right scrap ahead of it if it’s taking him on. Stay well Ron

Very sad, but he sounds like he's not going to let it get him down. Nearly 1M folk in UK with dementia / Alzheimers. It's a cruel condition. Good luck Ron. ![]() |

He's displaying a great attitude and I suspect he'll have the family and public support that will allow him to have the best possible future post-diagnosis.
