Me too! Although slightly undertrained and got a sore foot so could be an interesting attempt to make it round and not finish in last place!

Is anyone doing this and looking for a pacer to get around in 1:50-2:00 ?

I look like I have a place, but as I am doing VLM next weekend I need to be very very disciplined in my approach and ensure that I follow my taper plan of 13 miles in around 2 hrs rather than an out and out race.

Bazoaxe I'm looking to aim for a sub2 at the rock & roll this year. Last year I did it in 2.21 but have done a lot more training this year and predictions are looking towards 1.57ish so would appreciate a pacer :)

Thanks CS for flagging this up to me :)

Meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :-) Love this race

Bazoaxe - they have pacers running on Sunday. Would it be beneficial to run with them?

Ultracat - I should be around the 2.30 mark as well

Kimbles, I will be doing this as an easy run around 2 hr pace as I am doing VLM next week, so offering to pace others if they would like, outwith the official pacers. Quite happy I can stick to that pace myself, but wondered if others wanted pacing.

Susie, I am off out for a run, but will fmail you later.
