Are any people doing early Sunday runs at either RP or BP in the foreseeable future. Need to get back on track and prepare myself for Richmond half in May. |

If SWMBO approves my plan, I'll be doing 2 laps of RP on 29/4 (or 12-14 miles on the towpath or BP or...). The earlier the beter.
