WWW.ocumelUK.org is the charity set up to guide the next 500 patients each year to have my diagnosis in the UK - if anyone is running a race and can get sponsership then we are regestered with Just giving.

Only 500 per year who are not informed they may have a lethal cancer and50% mortality rate if we rely on sufferes we will not have enough funds so if any one would help with sponsered runs etc we would love help.
I never want anyone to be as alone as I was relaint on charites from foreign countries for support LAF and treatment .

Stupid phone didn't show me this! I'll point those wanting to sponsor me for various things in the direction of the link Lak - I have no specific charity related plans at the moment as I don't think the pressure would help at all (I'd probably make a big mental mountain out of it)

Well I am very pleased to announce this morning I ran 10k (on my own training) faster than I did in May 2011. Still desperately slow but sure and steady improvement .

Big smile.
Any one wanting to run for a charity please select OcuMelUK on just giving. We are really rare and 50% of us die so we need outsider help.
