I have added an event to the race portfolio, which may be of interest to some. Rememberance 11k taking part on Sunday 10 October at: Fineshade Woods, Nr Stamford, NN17 3BB It is a fully marshalled 11k race under ARC rules, completely off-road in a woodland setting and mostly on multi-terrain solid tracks. £9 affiliated and £11 unaffiliated. There will be a 3k fun run on the day too. Prizes for top three male/female and also to top Male/Female vets. Proceeds are going to Royal British Legion Entries can be done online at: www.peterborough5x5challenge.org I am not involved in the organisation. I just saw the flyer in my GER goodie bag and will be entering as it is only 10 miles from my gaff. Looks like a fun event over a "different" distance. Cheers seratonin |
