Right my goal is going to be a 10k PB, but what I really need is a training schedule to follow, which can help me get there.

I'd like to run a sub-40 but that might not be realistic.

Any good ones out there?

Race = Bridge 10K in September. Flat, fast, boring course.

Training = Avoid pie shops at all costs and actually do some running ;)

A while ago, I did see this schedule:

time-to-run.com

I think that the consensus was that the 5x2K reps were a complete swine to do.
