Under a week to go. I ran most of the course in reverse yesterday and it was bliddy freezing - ideal for racing though.

Sweets/encouragement/general abuse will be available from just before mile 11 (was mile 9 before the course re-jig) if anyone needs anything.

Best Half ever ! :) Just make sure you all showboat into the stadium, the crowd will go nuts, trust me :)

Too Much Water
The same amount of climb but over a shorter period.

Haven't done it for a few years but there seemed to be a longer loop in the Uni than before.
