Not that I want to post pics of my thick fungus toenail, but has anyone had a fungal nail infection and successfully got rid of it? I have tried several treatments over the years and had no improvement. The only thing that made a difference was being on holiday in Greece a few years ago and spending a minimum 4 hours a day swimming in the sea. Does anyone have a more practical cure?
