Ok there's not masses in the bag at the expo, but the t shirt is really nice and you get a rucksack and a medal at the end, the real goody bag. I quite liked the curry sauce as it's a bit different, and there were also crisps, sweets etc in there. Have to disagree that it's a low at all!

The curry sauce just made me laugh (though I don't know if they'll let me through with it in hand luggage?!) You all set for tomorrow? It's looking like decent running conditions as long as it cools down as it's forecast to, and we might even have a tail wind!
