Question re womens bike sizes (Boardman)

if you look at their geometry tab on the Boardman page, see where the TT is the top tube length; and then ST is the seat tube length. Boardman is measuring from the bottom bracket to the top of the seat tube. And it's a sloping top tube. Whereas other manufacturers might measure from the bottom bracket, to an imaginary point where a horizontal top tube would meet the seat tube. Compare that to Specialized ... specialized.com Notice their size is 57cm, the seat tube length for that size is 486.5mm, and the top tube length horizontal is 566mm. But the actual top tube length will be different because the actual top tube is sloping. Depending on when you try out the bike, I'd be happy to go to the Halfords with you.
