something to do with nerves i think as my leg has pain in it when i move my back :( all connected and all hurting :(

some nice young man with his portable massage table will be in my bedroom at 4:30pm no doubt making me cry in pain but hopefully will help in long run! in mean time ...Co-Dydramol

Achilles. Again. Both of them. *sob* The right is worse. Going down stairs is especially nasty.

In fact the whole of the inner part of my ankles and the Achilles themselves are sore. In addition to icing, elevating and resting (ha) should I bandage them up? Would that help? And am worried about what shoes should wear to work? Would it be best to walk in trainers (motion control ones which aren't stable enough to actually run in)?
