lol Tec - yep, it did tire me out! From memory the schedule was 1 run on Fri night, 3 runs on Sat and 1 on Sunday. With briefings and info on running in between. Although you didn't have to run every one, you could watch - and they made you feel very comfy if you didn't want to run, you were excluded!!

It's the idea of loafing in the steam room that really appeals..... No, actually, I really quite like the idea of a structured weekend like that with other runners... I have emailed the organisers to see if they still have any spaces.

I haven't thought about getting there yet... I did notice it was near(ish) to a train station? I'm not sure I'll be in a fit state to drive after 3 days of running...
