Hi guys, I've developed a nasty pain on my left flank just at the base of the rib plate, tender to touch, can't lie on my left side. It happened while I was doing intervals (pushing myself a bit). Responding to ibuprofen & paracetamol, but not sure if I should be running or resting? Any advice, oh wise ones?

Rest. Some time off is going to give your body time to heal. Test it with some gentle running towards the end of the week. More rest or a visit to your physio if it's no better by then.
