Not quite completed week 2 FF. Still have the long run to do but that doesn’t feel too daunting as I’ve been churning one of those out every week

My foot injury lasted too long, so had 5 weeks off after only getting to week 5 πŸ˜”
I will be restarting when i get back from holiday though.
Did a test 5k before we came away and had somehow managed to get faster without completing the programme. Looking forward to seeing what progress I can achieve if I can get beyond week 5 this time 😊

Good luck GemmaLouise & Pam run & have a good hols GL. Got my long run done today and didn't feel too bad. Hopefully the knackered and sore legs from earlier in the week are easing off.
