I'd be inclined just to keep my contact lenses in and wear normal sunnies unless the event involved being in water.

you'll have them ready for next year, tho, wobbling i'd like some, too. never quite bitten the bullet of the expense yet tho. and as i now need new varifocals in my normal glasses it won't be happening this year, either! |

Yeah, welcome rjc! Inclined to agree with v'rap, although I have been known to wear contact lenses in water, both pool and open. I believe this way I am playing fast and loose with my vision, though. How long's your event rjc? |
