Power of 10 Cycling equivalent?

British Cycling website for race points (where it should say I'm ranked 10th 4th Cat in Central region - only becuase everyone else who has scored more points has been promoted to 3rd cat already!). It's not as straight forward though as there are various disciplines that are raced differently.
