After some help!
I'm doing the Ironman Staffordshire Half IM in June and their sports nutrition is 100% Powerbar which I have never used.
Can anyone recommend where I can either get individual items or a variety pack as I don't want to get a bulk pack of something if it's rank!
Ta muchly

I'll save you some trouble. The Powerbar Ride bars are like sawdust. The other bars are reasonably palatable but the protein bars do take a bit of sluicing to get them down your throat.

The PowerBar Energize bars ain't to bad just find a flavour you like they are easy to digest. Also tried the energy chews the lemon was a bit to lemony for me but the cola ones were okay.

I've had the cola gel bite things before as free with a mag but not tried the rest! Thanks!

Winded
I went to a wiggle event the other day and found their feed stations are now power bar sponsored. I found the energy drink to be very nasty indeed but the wafer things were ok.
