if your blood work is normal. than its just a case of time

also, dont forget with that long off, you need to assume back to beginner status

Thanks for that all.

Im going to have to be straight with my employes i think. Thru expect summer hols to be the magic wand that gets me 100% fit but it's sort of shows me to take it easy.
