The part of the course I ran on yesterday is looking perfect, have fun next week everyone, I will pop along to offer a bit of support, decided against running it as too undertrained.

Ditto, good luck everyone, we have had a lot of rain down here today so some of the puddles could be on the big side and those last 2 miles along the seafront will be into the headwind, dig deep and smile

could hardly stand in the wind today, so not looking forward to last legg but the wind is due to change direction tomorrow so could be a little easier or a lot harder....

I loved the Portsmouth Marathon and glad i was diverted as i believe the tide had come in somewhat on the first beach, who ended up running through it?

I am in again, be rude not to as it's my local. It's flat as a pancake, out and back around a harbour, mixture of surfaces, friendly, low key and means you can enjoy your mince pies at Christmas guilt free
