Does wonders for me. I have a surfeit of apples just now so it's apple and cinnamon on tomorrow's porridge.

I think I shall have apple and cinnamon in my porridge, along with a plethora of seeds and nuts, raisins and dates. I shall also stir an egg through it once cooked. Nothing beats a protein rich porridge. I use gluten free, organic, hand rolled oats and mix it all up myself.

I've just pureed a mango. It will be going on my morning porridge, just to see if it works. I've not tried it before.

We had slow cooker porridge a couple of mornings recently. Lovely to wake up to on a cold morning. I had golden syrup, nuts and raisins on mine.

The only thing that could make Gimme's porridge is by adding cinnamon! Where cinnamon is the devil's spice, mango is definitely the devil's fruit

A lot of puddings in here again. Or in Hanneke's case, cake batter.
