4 tbs peanut butter 4 tbs honey 225g oats 50g raisins 1tbs whole meal flour. Melt peanut butter & honey then add rest of ingredients Put in baking tin. Bake at 190c for 15 mins. I swap some of the oats for mixed seeds. I also make it in double quantity to recipe. |

Between circuit training and volunteering at a forest garden; taken on a bench in the woods. Scott's porage oats Yoghurt Water Raisins Left overnight to be nicely mushy the next day. |

Very cold this morning. I could be doing with standing over the porridge pot, spurtle in hand. What would really help would be turning the stove on and standing there but it's one of those mornings.
