Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Guessing a bit - I drink *a lot* of tea, trying to get into better habits as to water. Probably drink a bit more on days with longer runs in as I do try to rehydrate.

Prob 6 - 8 mugs of tea and coffee per day. Very little else. Odd glass of water if I’ve been running

Don't really know but as DT says above I probably also have 6 -8 cups of tea and very little else. That's if I'm at home all day. If I go into work (not very often) then it's much less maybe 4 cups of tea (2 before 2 after work) and a bottle of water or other soft drink (size of bottle varies depending on drink but usually 500ml or maybe a litre)

I don't know what the average mug is but I like a mug on the bigger rather than smaller side so at least 500ml I guess.

2-3 coffees, at least 2 litres of water during the day, more water and maybe some non alcoholic ginger beer in the evening. Say 4 litres.

I take a 2 litre bottle of water upstairs to my office each morning as it stops me spilling water on the stairs.

I have a glass of fruit juice first thing, approx 150 ml. Then between 6 and 8 mugs of coffee, so assuming a 300 ml mug, thats 1800 - 2400 ml. Then a pint of squash with dinner, so approx another 550 ml. All in all between 2500 - 3100 ml a day.

Probably 2 litres of tea/coffee, a glass of water after an easy run. A glass or two of fizzy water, alcohol free pop or sugar free bitter lemon in the evening
So maybe 3 to 3 1/2 litres
