Polar A300 (HRM, no GPS)

My Garmin F60 has been great, but wont work with Elliptical+Treadmill equipment which needs Polar. So am looking to buy H.R.M. chest-strap and also Activity tracker watch, Polar-A300. The A300 says it connects to computer (USB) and transfers file containing HRM data but not GPS files since does not have GPS (and is useless on treadmill or elliptical). Will that one file still upload to Fetch logging OK? I sent a question to Fetch but maybe folks here can save him having to answer.

I got the A300, and the polar-flow website where sessions are uploaded has an option to "Export TCX" and that uploads into FETCH just fine.
