When I was a PT I could plank for ages without so much as a wobble, now I struggle to get to 20 seconds. So it's time to work on the core! My targets are By 31/01 - a solid stable plank of 1 minute By 28/02 - up to 90 seconds By 31/03 - 2 minutes Then I'll review from there Anyone up for joining me in a plank-off 😉 |

I started yesterday with a FB 28 day streak Did 20 seconds yesterday and to increase by 5 seconds every day. |

I've made planks part of my post run routine, up to 2mins 30secs now but I don't know if it makes a blind bit of difference to my running 😂😂😂

JC, trust me, I'm a PT 😉 Although if it's become easy you'll need to move out of your comfort zone to progress, you could try lifting one leg slightly off the floor for 10 seconds while maintaining a solid plank, the the other leg. |
