Busy looking up all the big words I don't understand ;) and think I'll make an appointment with the Doctor.
I've never really understood the difference between physio/chiro/osteo which is why I asked. Still don't know the difference but know who to keep away from. Thanks :)

physio - good for helping you with exercises/therapy to strengthen your body once the problem has been identified. (often good at identifying too)
GP - identifying the problem and some exercises. also access to scans/xrays etc.

osteo and chiro are based on realignments of the body (often high velocity realignment, or cracking the back about), without so much focus on strengthening the body to do the realignment on its own.
