Jhuff - we have concluded our discussions on the physics of the treadmill. It's true. Running on an inclined treadmill would be harder work than running on a flat one.

Now can I pose a supplementary? What would happen if you put a treadmill on the event horizon of a black hole?

Nothing and everything, at the same time, infinitely.

By 'treadmill run', plodding hippo means defying grafity in an enclosed system, analogous to but not as same as the popular activity of running, during which one might see bunny rabbits, if one is very lucky. Then one may choose to retire to the pub to enjoy some refreshment.

Cat,

Can the knowledge learned from this discussion help us understand the perception of running on the treadmill?

Hoax, I would especially appreciate your input on this question :)
