Raptors claws are coming to town
I don't count training PBs. Or mile/5k/10k/whatever splits in races.

Don't get me wrong, I haven't done one in training. It's just that I'm struggling to find a race on a date that I can actually run and want to bang out my long awaited sub 40 10k, which I know I could do in training if I really went for it.

I use the Benchmarks in training for that really. PB's for race time only, Benchmarks for training times. |

No, dont count it, you're just cheating yourself. Garmins are wrong enough to invalidate it, and you'll do much better in an actual race. And what is it for anyway? Just so you can put a number on your log? |

I ran 20 miles in 2.27 in training this year. My PB is 2.52. I care not |

I'll have to try and convince the wife that I really do need to do the Serpentine 10k on NYD then.

Just tell her you're doing it. End of. I'll have a word if you want.
