Queen's parkrun - loved the downhill and the views, café people and volunteers very friendly. Uphills go on forever!

Queen's is quite a test. Was the long downhill not a bit slippy? I stayed in bed until it was too late for parkrun. Decided I'd rather run with fewer puddles and maybe even a little sun. And less effort. |

57.5 Degrees of Pain
Nice morning at Springburn. Came down last night and the A9 was fine. But the friend who was supposed to go to the rugby with me is staying at home in Kenmay having spent much of the night defending his house with sandbags and pumps.
