Parkrun Social for Royal Tunbridge Wells last night. A very big turnout, so a few sore heads I imagine.
It was strange seeing regulars in their clothes!
Great to be back out in the pub

Is anyone aware of a list of parkruns with shower facilities?

there's a list on the tourist FB page for WSW (What Shoes Wednesday). I wonder if people have supplemented that? If not, I always ask here, or on the tourist page and someone normally knows!

By the way, you have showers at the Dinton Activity Centre if you are visiting Dinton Pastures :-)

I'm going to London for the day on Saturday (from York). I can take the train (£98 is the best price for slightly inconvenient times) or drive down the A1, which is slower, but very much cheaper. So actually it's probably not too hard just to look at the course pages of the places en route and see what turns up.

Random Q: Is anyone local to or done Penrose Parkrun who knows about the timing for the U4 bus? We're staying in Penzance but arriving by train so no car. Not bothered to take a taxi, but if a bus is possible we may well go. It seems to suggest it arrives at 8:55 which feels very tight timing to me...

(this is for 4th June)

Cerrertonia - worth remembering there are often showers in the mainline stations, Kings Cross for example if you do Finsbury Park (one stop away). They appeared to be open when I was in there last in December.

Cerrertonia, you may already know this.. the congestion charge and ULEZ charges for London might negate the savings quite a bit when comparing train versus car these days. Especially as the charges are daily.
