My local ones have pacer events 3 or 4 times a year. They advertise them on fb so I don't tend to know about them in advance!

Witney normally does them on the first Saturday of the month, but only when the weather is good.
It can be a very muddy and slippery course after rain which can affect times by a few minutes.

I believe we said the fourth Saturday of the month at Cleethorpes, but it's moved to the last one of the month now (they aren't always the same thing), although we reserve the right to pull it if it's too hot or if there's a risk of ice.

We have bibs in 1 minute increments from 20 to 38, and then 2 minute increments until 45 or thereabouts, but they aren't always available every time.

Dinton Pastures is the 1st Saturday of every other month. Next one tomorrow. It's evens. Then in 2 months time it will be odd times. Rinse and Repeat. Woodley runs in the off months to the same pattern.

California Country's next event is 13th of July. Not sure if they have a pattern or not.

Workington has a selection of pacers each week now, with the actual selection appearing to be dependent on who wants to pace and what pace they want to do. Today we had 22, 25, 28, 30, 32, 35 and 40.

Huddersfield's the same as Vrap's description of Workington (usually about 3 - 6 pacers, from about 22 to 32 ish).

Shout if anyone's aiming for a time of 24 mins or more and if I'm around, I'm happy to have a go at it... :)

I know, it's a run not a race, but pacing events at parkrun can be great, I often run as a pace...
