Loved it! Water stations early on can be a bit congested. Wine and cheese were available in the park around 35/40 km. Take your I-Spy book of Paris, you'll tick everything off during the run. |

Most aggressive race I've ever run, loads of pushing and shoving all the way to at least half way. A complete standstill after the 5k water station. No toilets. Horrific trying to get out of the finish. Vile beyond speech. But Contro loves it  I think it's one of those races that is fine if you're up front away from the crowds, say, sub 3 hours, otherwise is a real scrum. Like London without the jolliness or music blaring from pubs. |

Had to kick a fella fully up the arse. They put the photographers in the middle of the flow of people, and he decided to spread both arms as wide as possible and crouch down, right in front of me. Obviously it was an accident
