One of the issues is bringing enough lunch to work. I have a big appetite and limited space in my bag! |

If you need emergency snacks. I find pork scratchings really good. Available in almost all shops 😊 |

I like coconut oil. I also make own almond milk. I love avos as a snack, just eat them whole (peeled). |

I’m on and off with it Gromit, largely due to a carb-loving spouse😊. I’m not too bothered about sweet stuff, always use butter, cream etc (no low fat here) and practice intermittent fasting pretty diligently. Lost a stone in lockdown this way using 5:2 method. I wish my lifestyle meant I could be more full-on Keto, I genuinely think it is the healthiest way to eat. |

I had a lot of success with it a few years ago and am considering re-starting as I found it the best way to lose weight without feeling hungry. |

Yes I'm pretty low carb most of the time, although don't go as far as keto. I fine just keeping off the sugar, whrat based products, plus potatoes and rice gives me enough benefits. I'm also playing with intermittent fasting - so only eating between 12pm and ideally 8pm, but usually closer to 10pm. |

Me too TeeBee...I just gently tweak the carbs if I find I'm swelling a little bit! I've done intermittent fasting in the past (only not realising that it was a thing several decades in the past)...basically stop eating after 6pm, which I tend to do naturally anyways. |
