Noodle salad with marinated tofu, ginger and chopped veg + a sesame, ginger, soya sauce and lime-based dressing.

2 boiled eggs, marmite sarnie, various nuts, coconut water.

Peanut butter sarnie, avocado, nuts, chocolate rye cookie.

Butter bean puree, courgette, chilli and mint puree, nuts, cheese sarnie (+ salad leaves from the forest garden where I've been volunteering)

That's over 4 days, Mike. I was volunteering in a forest garden - quite hard manual work for this normal desk jockey.

Could've done with some more calories in there but shopping and transportation constraints prevented nipping out for some additions.

Oats soaked overnight with water, bit of yoghurt and mango.
2 soft-boiled eggs.
Avocado.
Chook thigh fished out of stew.
Home-made hummus and braised pak choy.
Greek salad.

Got a 10.5 hour shift, so need breakfast, lunch and tea.
