Oh yes, I also did not enjoy the face full of smoke I got from the marshal having a fag while telling me well done

Think I'll be skipping it then. My parents are local to Oxford, and I grew up around there, so would like to run around the area one day.

Not like this though, by the sounds of it.

I must say, despite everything, I'd do it again. The route itself was nice- good PB potential, some beautiful bits, good medal, they just need to sort out the organisation. And if you do do it, stay at the Holiday Inn Kassam, perfect location!

Agree on the lack of informed marshalls. The poor security guards at the stadium were doing their best, but even if you could find a Marshall, they couldn't answer the key questions. Changing room, prize giving time, location, etc. bag queue has plenty of room for improvement, I was lucky enough to get back before a queue had formed but it still took time to get my bag as it was on the 3rd floor !

from the website: "Every competitor will find their photos within 24 to 48 hours after the completion of the event; they will be able to search for their photos by either entering their Bib Number or Family name." it doesn't say where specifically so I assume just on the event website...
