Liebe Läuferinnen und Läufer, noch immer kein Winter in Sicht - trotzdem geht die Winterlaufserie München www.laufwinter.de in wenigen Tagen in die 6. Runde! Dabei bieten wir die (schon in den 1970er Jahren) von Manfred Steffny propagierte und vielerorts erfolgreich durchgeführte klassische Serie von 10 km - 15 km - 20 km an. Die Summe der Zeiten gibt einen direkten Hinweis auf eine zu erwartende Marathonzeit. Termine: 03.12., 08.01. und 19.02. Start ist beim Nikolauslauf am 3. Dezember um 15 Uhr, am 08.01. und 19.02. wie gehabt jeweils um 11 Uhr im Olympiapark. Online Anmeldung bis einschließlich Montag, 28. November, bereits angemeldete Teilnehmer können ihre Daten in der aktuellen Teilnehmerliste überprüfen. Wie gewohnt gibt es im Ziel in der Olympiaschwimmhalle reichhaltige Verpflegung, beim Nikolauslauf mit Lebkuchen und Stollen, am 08.01. Kuchen und am 19.02. Krapfen; neben warmen Getränken gibt es jeweils auch wieder einen Ausschank von www.erdinger-alkoholfrei.de. Beim Benefiz Neujahrslauf München www.neujahrslauf-muenchen.de starten wir am 1. Januar 2012 um 12 Uhr im Hofgarten. Laufen Sie mit uns besinnliche 7 Kilometer durch den Englischen Garten für einen guten Zweck - ohne Hektik und Zeitnahme.
