There’s a reverse psychology around claiming to like hot cans. I refuse to believe anyone likes them, but they have some weird rugged cool about them.

I love corned beef, but don't' t eat it because it's Brazilian feed-lot beef. if we could get British proper grass-fed beef made into canned corned beef, then I would eat it until the cows came home

57.5 Degrees of Pain
After two days I'm still reeling at the news of the demise of the Heinz Sponge. I hope tinned rice pudding and Jamaica Ginger cake don't suffer a similar fate or there will be no dessert options for a throwback 80s hiking and camping trip. Since then the thread has rather passed me by as I last ate meat when most of the highlighted items were still considered a normal part of the diet. |
