Yes. Identified by HDres scan.
Physio, 6 months off, loads of exercises, osteopathy.
In the end a runner told me it won't go, just live with it .

if it is anything like mine, running with it was not an option! hope one day you are out running and realise your groin aint nipping anymore!

Its relatively mild but won't go away. Generally status biting hard at about 12 miles.
