Ted Feb 2012 12:16pm, 22 Feb 2012 10,849 posts	0 Ted What were the delivery instructions when you ordered the item? Despatch in 3 -5 business days / Despatch in 4 - 6 weeks? You often find that with the rotation of the Earth that deliveries happen quicker from East to West than West to East.

Star x Feb 2012 12:34pm, 22 Feb 2012 3,919 posts	0 Star x if they have used a courier company to deliver - they should be able to provide tracking number so you can locate. it it is via the post - remember to look out for a card - as you will have to go the Sorting office to pay the customs duty on it (unless you have paid it already of course)

I can't find out anything else though? It's only a £30 running jacket so shouldn't be held in customs. I couldn't fit an XS in the UK so I ordered it from an American running shop on eBay.
