But not orange?

As a child, my mum told me not to drink orange juice/squash and milk too close together or you will be sick. I am sure a medically qualified Fetchie will be able to provide a full explanation.

I've tried making orange milkshake. I can confirm thay it both curdles the milk and makes you (me at least) sick

My local cafe makes, from time to time, chocolate orange flavoured ice cream. I’ve not tried it yet, but that sounds like a safer option than an orange milkshake.
