Oh how did I miss you at parkrun Susiesue?! I walked one lap at the back having done Tyne Green earlier. (Though we left when I finished my lap as we were so cold)

The Scribbler
Added goals to the spreadsheet. It was actually really helpful to have the monthly goal options as I realised I wanted to set a few more. But I think it's better to start with a few and then add others as the original goals become business as usual.

Fab - so many lovely people joining in! How’s everyone getting with goals? I have a second C25K session planned and was feeling less than enthusiastic seeing as I’m a bit stiff and sore from my first attempt the other day but I really don’t want to pop back here letter to say I didn’t bother 😁 This accountability thing is obviously helpful for me.
