My spectators enjoyed it last year as there was a steady stream of people coming in to the stadium. Also there was food available!

The only thing last year was the waves set off with much too much time between them. I was in the last wave and people were already finishing before we started. Think we were about 40 minutes after the first lot went :(

How strict were they on waves? What if I'm in a different wave to my running mate?

Can't actually remember how strict they were. But it was bloody freezing while we were waiting! (Was 31st March last year)

From memory they were quiet strict but were happy to let you move down a wave And yes it really was freezing last year

I emailed them and asked to be move as in my excitement that I had finally got through on the website, I put down a 10k time rather than 5 mile. They replied saying it was ok but I think there may have been closing date for these changes. Might be worth an email though.

I can't remember what I put on the application, and don't know if we'll run together anyway. I'll wait until the pack arrived.
