Ooh, no theoretical problems with running that day.Technical questions: do HM runners a) need to bring full body cover, OS maps, etc, and b) need to bring a mug?

Doogs, I would be tempted to bring full body cover and at least a marked up extract from the map irrespective of whether it is listed as required or not. Although it often happens to be quite nice on Yorkshireman day, it can very easily and quickly turn nasty up there, and I'd rather be in a position to cope. The mug thing is bizarre though - I'd possibly take some water receptacle, but more likely a bottle than mug. |

With me racing two weekends in a row after holidays, I can't afford the divorce lawyer for a recce. Ta for the offer, though. Hmm, I'm going to have to get a running bag. I don't think I've *ever* run with anything on my back... |
