Wot no washing line??? That's the highlight of the run!  Sorry to hear you are are injured flanker I am hoping my foot will be less painful than last week, I had to bail out of my 18 mile race after the first 9 mile lap. |

I got round, but my splits got progressively slower from about 7 miles in. That long slow hill did for me!
