Can't compare it to Bury as I've never run Bury, but I'd say the course is on a par with Ashby 20 (if you've ever done that!). All out in the countryside, which makes the course rolling, rather than flat or hilly.

Notable hills are the Col de Pavenham, a first category climb, and the Monte de Carlton, another first cat. As Hammerite suggests. It undulates continuously. Weather last year was great. The previous couple of years have been absolutely awful. But that is March for you.
