tried a few new things lately - water melon is great in a smoothie, as is rhubarb - and we got plenty of that in garden at mo.

A rhubarb, water melon and / or strawberry mixed in coconut water is fab - add a shot of parma voilet gin and it's a wow cocktail!

Mostly used for smooth protein smoothies (scoop of plus frozen fruit and coconut or almond milk) but very versatile as a processor for frozen banana ice-cream, chocolate avocado mousse and various types of protein balls consisting of ground up nuts and dates.
