I like the overuse idea!

This morning it feels like its spreading to my neck and chest. Am slowly turning into a block of wood is what it feels like. Urgh two days of double shifts to get through at work too. And I havent run since Monday. Boo.

I don't remember *embarrassed face* but I am a goldfish so it might have happened. When do you normally get them?

Depends on your occupation. As a farmer being in contact with erm - shit- I have one every 5 years or so.

Call your GP get it checked - probably isn't that but you don't want it.

I have docs on Tues (first space they had). I'll mention it when I go, but am sure you would feel really ill with that.

I just feel urgh currently. Not really sick, just not myself.

You are suggesting you have a creeping neurological deficit.

FFS attend A&E immediately.

Didn't go to a& e but did go to walk in centre because its got painful and in my hands as well.

They seemed to think it was something like anaemia and didn't seem too worried. The nurses there cant do bloods so will wait to see what docs says in the morning.

Not a stroke or anything of that nature as no weakness. So that's good. Still bloody annoying though.
