When I see a sign saying something like "please leave this facility in the state in which you'd like to find it" I want to comment that I don't have time to fit a new suite and re-tile, or to relocate it to Massachusetts.

I sometimes wonder whether one of my former colleagues and his wife, who was our medicines manager, used to adjourn in there occasionally to have a punch-up.
