Em
So after my great achievement last week of getting my running shoes back on and doing 2 miles and feeling inspired to want to do the great south run, it has taken longer for my back to recover than I had hoped!!! Wanted to run over the weekend but too painful, so going to try again tomorrow at a short run then bike at the weekend and build up really slowly and gradually adding in gym ball exercises in between when back allows, I WILLL run this GSR and I WILL NOT let my back beat me.

You'll do this best in cooperation with your back, you know.
